National Museum of Naval Aviation

One of the largest and most beautiful air and space museums in the world,
291,000 square feet of exhibit space and 37 acre grounds outside the Museum
display over 130 beautifully restored aircraft representing Navy, Marine
Corps, and Coast Guard Aviation. You can also enjoy the IMAX theatre and
gift shop. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Spear Hunting Museum

The museum is open from 9 a.m. till 5.00 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. A low
admission fee of $2.00 has been established with the goal not to make money,
but rather to introduce the public to the main weapon the human race had for
tens of thousands of years before the advent of bows and guns. Admission is
FREE for military personnel, both active duty and retired. Children sure to
be filled with wide eyed wonderment upon seeing so many of the world's animals
are also admitted FREE.

Some of the many features at Weeks Bay include; Nature Trails, Boardwalk
Trails that are handicapped-accessible, Native Pitcher Plant Bog with Boardwalk,
Hummingbird and Butterfly Gardens, Interpretive Center Displays of historical,
archaeological, live and preserved specimens that are indigenous to the Mobile Bay-Weeks
Bay Area. This Research and Educational Facility contains research offices, picnic
areas and an auditorium with a seating capacity of 50.
