It currently is the home of Ace Hardware’s Southeast Regional Distribution Center, Dade Paper’s Deep South Distribution Center and Flowerwood Nursery — one of the Southeast’s premier nurseries, as well as local businesses such as Burris Farm Market, a favorite of tourists from all over the country and Cain’s Grocery, the flagship store for a new chain of grocery stores.
