The Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce website address has been changed
from cbchamber.org to centralbaldwin.com for quite sometime, yet the website
itself hasnt fully been changed. As of January, that will be
different.
We plan to create a website experience that members value, continually
evolves, and is easily managed, said Diane Vogel of Graphic Penguin,
the company chosen to re-design the website by the chambers website
committee. The intuitive navigation will allow users to access the
information theyre looking for quite easily. We hope the community will
like it.
Among some of the changes in store: each municipality served by the Chamber
will have its own page promoting it, prospective members will be able to join
online, and members will be able to register and pay for events online. The
home page will be updated regularly to reflect chamber events or community
happenings, and local attractions will be accessible.
Of course, the membership will also be listed on the website, which is
one of the main ways we promote our members, said Jamie Mangion, Director
of Operations for the Chamber. Links to our members websites will
also be available. According to Graphic Penguin, the re-designed site
should be online and ready for use before the Annual Banquet on
January 21st.
